Everything at Protein Snack Co is freshly made to order, so we bake in small batches to make sure your treats are as fresh and delicious as possible.
When can I place an order?
Our website is open for orders 24/7, so you can place your order whenever you’re ready.
When are orders baked?
We bake fresh orders on:
🍪 Sunday • Monday • Thursday
Orders are prepared on the next available baking day after your order is placed.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your treats have been freshly baked, they’ll be carefully packaged and dispatched using Evri Next Day Delivery.
We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible while making sure your treats are baked, packed and ready to travel.
Delivery
We use Evri Next Day Delivery for our orders.
While we aim for your parcel to arrive the next working day after dispatch, delivery times are controlled by the courier and Next Day Delivery is not a guaranteed delivery time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Occasionally, courier delays can happen and are unfortunately outside of our control. If your parcel doesn’t arrive when expected, please check your tracking information first.
If you’re still unsure or there appears to be an issue with your delivery, please contact us through our website contact form or Instagram DM and we’ll do our best to help.
A little note about your treats
Because our products are freshly baked and made to order, we recommend opening your parcel as soon as possible after delivery and following the storage instructions provided with your order.
We carefully package every order so your treats arrive ready to enjoy — whether you’re saving them for later or diving straight in!
